STM maintains high-standards for patrol officer's training that exceeds the industry requirements. In addition to the rigid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) training and background requirements, all STM patrol officers must pass our stringent criminal background checks, driving record requirements, and drug testing prior to their assignment in Patrols.
